| 1. | | All entries should be made by email, the address is mydog@tailwagginsbakery.com. Only one photo entry per dog please. Previous Tail Waggins photo contest final round winners are not eligible for entry. If you are not 18 years or older, please have an adult submit your photo. |

| 2. | | All entries should be good quality, (any electronic format is OK) and no smaller than 320 x 240. All photos submitted should be landscape mode (wide, not tall). We reserve the right to refuse any entry that does not meet these criteria, or is of poor quality or questionable taste. |

| 3. | | All photos should contain one primary subject, the dog being entered. Any other animals or people in the photos must be in the background. Photos containing background subjects may be digitally altered to de-emphasize these subjects. |

| 4. | | All photos entered become the property of Tail Waggins Dog Bakery, and we reserve the right to digitally enhance any photos as necessary to improve the image clarity, impact or aesthetics. Additionally, we reserve the right to utilize any submitted photo on the Tail Waggins Bakery website and products, in Tail Waggins advertisements, and in other promotional materials. By submitting a photo, the entrant grants Tail Waggins the right to use the photo as mentioned above without compensation or permission (unless prohibited by law). |

| 5. | | All photos will be entered in the order in which they are received. Pictures will be grouped into rounds of multiple photos. Each round of photos will be available for voting for five to seven calendar days (depending on the number of dogs entered), and the top three dogs (with the highest number of valid votes) of each round will advance to the finals. (Date to be announced.) Return to the photo contest page and bookmark it! Check back often to see the current entries, and to vote for your favorite. As the rounds fill up, the schedule dates for each round will be communicated to each of the entrants by email. |

| 6. | | To vote, login with a valid email address will be necessary. Only one vote per email address per day will be allowed. Additionally, only one vote per computer per day will be allowed. Tail Waggins monitors votes closely, and will validate email addresses at the end of each round. Any votes which fail email verification or are ascertained to be in violation of any contest rules will be removed. Tail Waggins reserves this right to remove any questionable votes, and all Bakery decisions are final. Tail Waggins reserves the right to remove any contestant from any contest should the Tail Waggins staff believe the contestant to be in flagrant violation of these rules. |

| 7. | | Votes are counted automatically. After voting, it will be necessary to refresh the funstuff page to see the current vote tally. This contest is for the enjoyment of all, and Tail Waggins assumes no responsibility for difficulties with voting due to software or hardware malfunction, server down-time, high traffic volumes, communications errors, or any human error that may occur in the processing of votes. |

| 8. | | The three finalists with the highest number of valid votes shall receive the following prizes; First Place - A custom gift basket from Tail Waggins Bakery valued at $50; Second Place - A custom gift basket from Tail Waggins Bakery valued at $35; Third Place - A $20 Tail Waggins shopping certificate. All above shopping certificates can be enjoyed at any time, exclusively on the Tail Waggins Bakery website. Prizes have no cash value, may not be redeemed for cash, and are not transferrable. Normal shipping costs are the responsibility of the winner. Winners shall be decided by viewers vote and bakery staff validation. All decisions will be final. |

| 9. | | Tail Waggins Dog Bakery staff will select three dogs from each round to compete at the contest end to place as "manager's choice" winners. The three manager's choice winners of the contest will each receive a $15 gift certificate to Tail Waggins Dog Bakery, to be used either on-line at www.tailwagginsbakery.com or in-store at the 2102 North Austin Avenue, Georgetown location. Additionally, the manager's choice dogs will appear in the next Tail Waggins desktop calendar. |

| 10. | | Top three finalists will be notified by email within 72 hours of the contest end, and will appear on the "funstuff" page of the Tail Waggins website. |

| 11. | | Tail Waggins reserves the right to modify these rules and prizes at any time without prior notification. |
